You are entering into a month-to-month subscription with elln, which you can cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
The subscription fee is based on a fixed rate of $10 per month, which includes up to 5 active users. Every additional active user beyond 5 will be charged an additional $1 per month. An active user is defined as any unique user who has been activated on your account during the billing period, excluding administrative accounts set to inactive by default.
Administrative accounts are granted management privileges and default to an inactive status, thus not counting towards your billing unless activated. You may create an unlimited number of administrative accounts without incurring additional charges. However, non-administrative accounts will default to active upon creation and will be included in your billing. Activating an administrative account will grant it access to our services and count it as an active user for the purpose of calculating your monthly fee.
Deactivating and reactivating the same user within a month does not incur additional charges beyond the single potential $1 fee for that user. In other words, each unique active user is counted only once for the purpose of calculating your monthly fee, regardless of any deactivation or reactivation actions taken during the billing cycle.
Activating a user account and subsequently cancelling their enrollment before their initial login will still count towards total active users during the month.
Payments are processed at the end of each billing month, reflecting the total number of unique active users for that period, in addition to the base subscription fee. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize elln to charge the payment method on file for these fees.
